Volleys, Returns & Basic Gameplay

Build your groundstrokes, practice volleys at the kitchen, and play your first real points.

Coached match play reinforcing basics for Learn to Play graduates.

This is your bridge between the classroom and real competition. A coach oversees each session, provides real-time feedback, and keeps the rotations running smoothly. Perfect for 2.0–2.5 players who've completed the Learn to Play Series or have some basic court experience.

Road to 3.0 Series

A four-week drill and gameplay progression designed to bridge the gap from advanced beginner to true intermediate.

Level 1

Kitchen Control

Dominate the non-volley zone. Master dinking, kitchen battles, and soft game fundamentals.

Level 2

Baseline Control

Own the baseline. Drive returns, control deep balls, and set up the transition.

Level 3

Volleys

Speed-up volleys, punch volleys, and attack at the net with confidence and precision.

Level 4

The Drop

The third-shot drop and reset drop — the most important shots in the intermediate game.
